Gong Sound Bath Workshop
A Gong Bath can be a deeply relaxing and peaceful experience. The gong works to have a clearing and soothing effect on emotional, physical and spiritual issues, breaking up limiting and negative thought patterns, and as a result, is an excellent therapy option for stress-related issues, such as depression, anxiety, insomnia and pain.The gong is unsuitable for pregnancy, epilepsy and pacemakers.

Pain Management in Labour
This workshop provides an in-depth insight into what causes labour pain & the physiology behind why labour is experienced differently by women. It will enable you to have a deeper understanding of how you can manage pain & have a more comfortable labour. We discuss all the pain relief options available in the hospital, & home environment look at effective techniques that you can use to enable you to tap into your body’s own natural pain relief.
Toolbox for Birth Partners
This workshop is designed to explore many ways in which birth partners can be supportive and feel included in birth. Learn powerful techniques to aid relaxation in labour including massage, practical tips, good supportive language to use and birth positions. Taught by Dorsets longest running hypnobirthing practitioner. This workshop will cover what hypnosis is, how self-hypnosis techniques can keep you calm and relaxed in labour. It is designed for anyone who wants to explore the use of hypnosis in labour, is unsure of whether to complete a full hypnobirthing course, for anyone who has previously used hypnobirthing and wants a refresher & for anyone who read a book or bought info online and wants more.
Anxiety Management and Self Care in Pregnancy
This workshop will look at exactly what anxiety is, how & why it can affect you & why you may be experiencing it. Learn powerful techniques to manage anxiety levels, self-care & emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy. Relaxed C-Section Workshop
A workshop created for those who are having a caesarean birth or anyone who wants to be prepared for the possibility of having a caesarean birth. Explore what to expect during your birth, options avialable & recovery guidance. Includes techniques for relaxation during pregnancy, positive support with any anxieties & self-hypnosis techniques to use during your caesarean to help you stay calm, relaxed and in control. Includes a lovely relaxation session.
Relax Kids helps create calm, confident kids using a seven step system of dance and movement, drama and relaxation games, stretching, peer massage, breathing exercises, affirmations, mindfulness and visualisations to increase confidence and reduce anxiety. Each block of sessions will incorporate a different theme, and children will leave the session feeling confident, refreshed and relaxed. Block Booking. Suitable from 5 years – 10 years.

Yin Yang Yoga Workshop
Yin Yang Yoga perfectly balances the more masculine, active, solar, strong aspects of life with the more feminine, passive, lunar, gentle aspects. As the famous Yin Yang symbol suggests, when the two styles are practiced together, they help you attain that most elusive of goals: balance.In the first half we practice the yang style; an active, dynamic flow where the muscles are engaged, then we move into the yin practice where poses are held longer allowing them to work deeper into the connective tissue, tendons and fascia, while the muscles relax and we turn inwards to the breath. This produces a deeply restorative stretch and stimulates the energy channels which carry life force and blood through the body. Life is made up of light and dark, tension and relaxation, masculine and feminine and through this practice these seeming opposites unite as one, which is the ultimate goal of yoga; Union.
