Combining self care strategies, with mobility and realignment we will spend 90 minutes releasing tension throughout the entire body.
A workshop dedicated to pure relaxation and deep body awareness. Blankets, essential oils, relaxation.
At the end of the movement session we enjoy herbal teas & nourishing treats while wrapped in blankets. There us time to hold space and to hold share with like minded women, ensuing you return home relaxed and ready for a deep night of sleep.

Winter Warrior Workshop
Wake up the body and shake off the chilly winter weather with this energising yoga workshop. The Warriors are strong, grounding poses that we use regularly, but they can be challenging and a focus on technique will help you get more out of the poses. We’ll be working on Warrior variations, dynamic flows and a little background of where these important poses originated.
Some yoga experience is required and you need to be comfortable with an energetic flow class.

Join Emma for a fun, easy-going and relaxed session designed specially for parents and teens. Enjoy energising sequences, whilst also giving teenage brains and bodies a chance to recover from busy lives. Explore functional stretching and breathing techniques to improve wellbeing, calm the mind and increase confidence.
All levels are welcome (no experience needed!) with options at different levels of challenge always being offered.
Festive Release & Sound Bath Workshop
Warm up your body, tease out your muscles and calm your mind with a Holistic Core Restore® Release session of mobility, stretch and meditation.
We finish our session holding space for each other, wrapped in blankets, enjoying herbal teas and festive treats. Return home deeply relaxed.
Gong Sound Bath Workshop
A Gong Bath can be a deeply relaxing and peaceful experience. The gong works to have a clearing and soothing effect on emotional, physical and spiritual issues, breaking up limiting and negative thought patterns, and as a result, is an excellent therapy option for stress-related issues, such as depression, anxiety, insomnia and pain.The gong is unsuitable for pregnancy, epilepsy and pacemakers.
Hypno-Mind Meditation with Heide
Hypno-Mind Meditation is a combination of both, meditation and hypnosis. It offers the opportunity to practice being mindful and present in the moment and to make changes in a hypnotic trance through specific suggestions and visualisations in one session. Slow down your world using a potent blend of controlled breathing, self-awareness and visualisation. You will be guided into a state of relaxation, enabling you to access your untapped stores of self-confidence, self-esteem, and emotional resilience. Heide is a clinical hypnotherapist with a MSc in clinical hypnosis, naturopath (Heilpraktiker) and meditation instructor, based in Dorchester and London. As founder of Mind Art Hypnosis and Hypno-Mind Meditation, she creates and delivers tailored solutions for stressed workforces and individuals.
Yin Yang Yoga Workshop
Yin Yang Yoga perfectly balances the more masculine, active, solar, strong aspects of life with the more feminine, passive, lunar, gentle aspects. As the famous Yin Yang symbol suggests, when the two styles are practiced together, they help you attain that most elusive of goals: balance.In the first half we practice the yang style; an active, dynamic flow where the muscles are engaged, then we move into the yin practice where poses are held longer allowing them to work deeper into the connective tissue, tendons and fascia, while the muscles relax and we turn inwards to the breath. This produces a deeply restorative stretch and stimulates the energy channels which carry life force and blood through the body. Life is made up of light and dark, tension and relaxation, masculine and feminine and through this practice these seeming opposites unite as one, which is the ultimate goal of yoga; Union.

We explore the many reasons a women may fear childbirth, the impact that fear can have on the mind & body & learn powerful techniques to release fear, anxieties or worries surrounding pregnancy, labour & birth. Pain Management in Labour
This workshop provides an in-depth insight into what causes labour pain & the physiology behind why labour is experienced differently by women. It will enable you to have a deeper understanding of how you can manage pain & have a more comfortable labour. We discuss all the pain relief options available in the hospital, & home environment look at effective techniques that you can use to enable you to tap into your body’s own natural pain relief.
Toolbox for Birth Partners
This workshop is designed to explore many ways in which birth partners can be supportive and feel included in birth. Learn powerful techniques to aid relaxation in labour including massage, practical tips, good supportive language to use and birth positions. Birth partners will leave this workshop calm, confident and empowered in the knowledge of how to support their partner in labour.
Hypnosis for Birth
Taught by Dorsets longest running hypnobirthing practitioner. This workshop will cover what hypnosis is, how self-hypnosis techniques can keep you calm and relaxed in labour. It is designed for anyone who wants to explore the use of hypnosis in labour, is unsure of whether to complete a full hypnobirthing course, for anyone who has previously used hypnobirthing and wants a refresher & for anyone who read a book or bought info online and wants more.

Includes techniques for relaxation during pregnancy, positive support with any anxieties & self-hypnosis techniques to use during your caesarean to help you stay calm, relaxed and in control. Includes a lovely relaxation session.
