When can I go back to exercise after having my baby? This is a question that we hear a lot, and our answer is always, “there is no rush”. When it feels right we are here.
There are so many ways new Mumma’s can start moving after birth, some are appropriate and some are not. Knowing where to start can be confusing as each women’s healing journey is different, so we offer a Women’s Wellness Check so that we can advise our clients properly. No guess work here!
We screen every client before they attend class, and if we aren’t comfortable with the screening, we will support referrals to the NHS or privately. We ensure all our Mamma’s know whatt is right for their body, and that they are in safe hands.

Being a Mumma deserves a little special treatment, so each Friday we host our FREE Natter & Nurture social group run by Lactation consultant Lucy Ruddle IBCLC. There are monthly drop-in’s from specialist providers, and a warm welcome. Book in, for free, online to reserve your space.
We offer a range of expert led Postnatal classes that support each woman from the moment she is ready to join us, in a way that feels right for her body.
From 2 weeks Postnatal it may be possible to enjoy a Postnatal Massage.
From 6 weeks Postnatal, it maybe possible to enjoy a progressive Postnatal Exercise class, dependant on screening and healing, every woman is different.

Book in for a 30 minute Woman’s Wellness Check is available to all new Mumma’s over 6 weeks. The appointment includes a gentle ‘hands on’ tummy check, as well as a postnatal alignment assessment, and provides the opportunity to ask any questions about your appropriate next step in returning to exercise after birth.
Book a 60 minute Nurturing Mumma Postnatal Massage which. gives time to relax & reconnect as well as discuss the appropriate next steps for movement. This massage concentrates on realigning the postnatal body & alleviating aches & pains and assists with the closing of the tummy gap, opening rounded shoulders ,easing aching lower backs & c-section scar discomfort. Using a bespoke combination of massage & Holistic Core Restore® skills the massage will be tailored to your body’s needs and may include some scar work. This massage will bring you back to your body and make you smile.
