When can I go back to exercise after having my baby? This is a question that we hear a lot, and our answer is always, “there is no rush”. When it feels right we are here. There is no set rule, and many varying factors to consider.
There are so many ways new Mumma’s can start moving after birth, some are appropriate and some are not. Knowing where to start can be confusing as each women’s healing journey is different, that’s why we offer a Women’s Wellness Check and a range of postnatal classes in Dorchester to ensure we get every woman moving to suit her body.
Every client is screened before attending class, and if we aren’t comfortable with the screening, we will support advise, or make referrals to the NHS or privately.
