We have created something that is FREE & accessible to everyone. We hope it offers a little support at a challenging time and spreads some joy. It might be a little rough around the edges, but it will keep you moving and smiling.

The team has created a FREE 10 Day ‘Team Spirit’ program to calm minds & lift spirits, it starts on Sunday 22nd.
Each day you will receive an email with a calming or uplifting video that you can take part in, or just watch and enjoy whenever you like.
There is something for everyone, including; low impact dance, family friendly fitness, family yoga, seniors pilates, a variety of relaxation, HIIT workout, Mindfulness, Gentle yoga, Qigong, and more

ONLINE PAID CLASS OPTIONS
- 12 weeks of online fitness classes designed by the program creator Jenny Burrell. Once a week you will receive an email with the weeks home workouts, which are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed weekly to keep you challenged. You can do them as many time as you like.
- Full health screening you would expect from Holistic Core Restore®
- TWO live and interactive online classes per week, Tuesday 7.15pm & Friday 0930am
- Closed supportive Facebook group where you will get to catch up with any workout videos these can be played back at anytime to suit your day. These will vary to keep you body on it’s toes. Pilates, Booty, Arms, Legs, Core, Balance, Mindfulness, Yoga, Cardio. Pick and choose your favourites as the weeks go on.
- Fitness Tests to keep track of your progress and keep you accountable, a personal log to fill in with your measurements.
- Healthy nutritional support, Eat Yourself Well recipe ideas & nourishment guide.
- Modified and gentle Pilates Classes teasing out your body, relaxing your mind, and develop core strength & body awareness.
