We love to share our passion for movement and aim is to offer as many different ways to move as possible, so that there really is something for everyone. Motivating and invigorating classes are our thing, we believe everyone can find joy in the moment and make it our challenge to find a way to inspire clients to keep fit and healthy with us.
The body loves to move, and not just forward and backwards, it loves to move in every direction. There is this amazing stuff called Fascia that helps our muscles to glide and slide if we don’t move it starts to become dehydrated and restricted….and before we know it, we can’t move like we used to.
This process is often confused with ageing, when we feel an ache, we can be tempted to move slower, when we have known pain, we can develop poor movement habits, and so the cycle of slowing down begins. Of course, age does have its part to play, but if we keep moving, and nourish and hydrate well we, can slow that process down, keep our muscles, bones, tissues and fascia in tip-top shape and enjoy the gift of movement.
The body is controlled by the mind, so when it comes to moving we need our head on board. Many of the coaches are soft tissue therapists, with a keen interest in rehabilitation, and can provide glorious adaptations to accommodate most clients needs, helping overcome injuries and managing long term health conditions.
