The Breathing Space® team is made up of independent coaches that teach in one beautiful space, sharing their enthusiasm for wellbeing in as to many different ways to move as possible. There really is something for everyone here is Dorchester including; Yoga, Pilates, Holistic Core Restore® Circuits, Dance, Mindfulness, Hot Yoga, Meditation, Gong Sound Bath and more.
Inclusive and invigorating classes are our thing, we believe everyone can find joy in the moment if shown how to move appropriately and with great technique.
The body loves to move, and not just forward and backwards, it loves to move in every direction. There is this amazing stuff called Fascia that helps our muscles to glide and slide if we don’t move it starts to become dehydrated and restricted….and before we know it, we can’t move like we used to, but if we keep moving, we stay moving.
Our timetable reflects the bodies need for balance, encouraging restorative movement, relaxation & mindfulness.
We are all ageing! It isn’t a reason to move slower.
Of course, age does hs its part to play, but if we move, nourish and hydrate we, can slow that process down. Keeping our muscles, bones, tissues and fascia in tip-top shape and enjoy the body we live in, The body is controlled by the mind, so when it comes to moving we need our head on board, and inspiring group activity can really help.
